ejabberd 1.1.3 with replaced .beam files from svn version was running

but each request to myhost:5280/http-bind return 400 Bad Request

I use jhbtest.pl (modyfied with data from my test account)

You can try the binary version of http-bind included on YawsPack, which should work with ejabberd 1.1.3.
