I installed it as root and even thou I chown install dir to ejabberd user still couldn't run it as him, but reinstall solved the problem. Thanks again.

I executed the installer with

I executed the installer with my personal account, and installed it in my personal home directory. I can run it with my account, no need to become root in any moment.
