<p>XMPP domains is something implemented by ejabberd, and you define them in ejabberd.yml</p>
<p>Nodes in a cluster is handled by erlang itself, ejabberd just provides some administrative help: you define in ejabberdctl.cfg, and setup using "ejabberdctl join_cluster".</p>
<p>Each feature behaves in a different level, so they are compatible.</p>
<p>Conclusion: yes.</p>
