The Jabber ID of your Jabber server is "myserver".

You are user1, and you colleague is user2. The server has two accounts. The accounts JIDs are
"user1@myserver" and "user2@myserver".

To add your colleague as a contact to your roster, the JID to add is "user2@myserver".

Your log indicates that you tried to add as contact the JID "user2". You forgot to indicate the server in which that "user2" is located.
