Yes, you just need to add the new user. I guess people already in the group needs to reconnect before they see the new group member (but I am not sure about this).

Now I know it,but I still have a question,is this mod only can be edit via web-interface, is it only can be excuted by admins. After a user registerd,can I add it to a shared roster by this mod?
