How connect two ejabberd servers in SME 7.4 server

Scenario:
Work Station: Windows XP sp3 in both sites
first site have a SME Server 7.4 configured as a Domain Controller with Ejabberd installed
Second site, another SME Server 7.4 as another Domain Controller with Ejabberd installed

Note:Remember both sites are connected via VPN
