Hi Dear
first of all when you configure ejabberd.cfg file. Remember that which user you putted at below section. For example I putted my nick in default admin of web_admin "mks"

%% Admin user
{acl, admin, {user, "mks", "example.com"}}.

%% Hostname
{hosts, ["example.com"]}.

After run ejabberd server just register your account with name of "mks" then open web_admin page and put only mks and password. That is all.

Note: you can replace your own nick expect mks. and register new account with same nick.

When WebAdmin asks you a JID and password, you must provide a JID that has admin rights granted in ejabberd.cfg like this:
{acl, admin, {user, "user23", "domain1.org"}}.
