I had same problem and (in my case) it was a stupid mistake...
I logged with "admin" and not with "admin@MYDOMAIN.com"... If you try to log with the user without the domain you receive a White page (no error msg, no nothing) ... probably you have same problem.
Just kill the session and try to log again with your USER@DOMAIN

I had the same problem and accidentally got it to work by using the following:
http://127.0.0.1:5280/admin

Are you trying to connect from IP: 10.64.254.110? As far as I remember IP parameter restricts connections just to mentioned IPs...

You say 'when I log in', does that mean you are asked for a username and password?

And, did you check the ejabberd logs? they may contain a usefull error report.
