Get Vcard elements via jid

Hello,
Could you plz tell what is the ideal way to get the elements of VCARD by JID in the ejabberd module, I am trying to get Family Name, Middle Name to pass to APNS instead of JID.

or how can i run ejabberdctl get_vcard2 command in any modules ?
