I setup two servers in a clusterd enviroment. All was working OK until I moved the master node to another office. The nodes connect over port 4369 via our VPN but the second node now refuses to start. When the secon node starts, you can see connections being made on the first node by using the netstat tool. This connection only lasts a short time. The sasl.log on the second node produces the following;
