I know it works with Fedora, but I want the stability of CentOS (same as RHEL) and I haven't found any RPMs. I found the steps which involve:
compiling Erlang R11B-3
./configure
make
make install (it's been at Creating Initial PLT for almost an hour..is this normal?)
running the ejabberd install script and then starting up ejabberd.
I'm currently compiling Erlang, but before I get to far into the process, I'd like to know if anyone has had real success with this configuration.
