Change ejabberd hostname on Windows install 2.1.11

I'm looking to move my ejabberd 1.1.3 install on my Red Hat Linux box to a Windows 7 Pro 64bit box. I've downloaded and installed ejabberd 2.1.11 on my Windows 7 pc. I'm looking to manually duplicate the 1.1.3 setup on the 2.1.11 install so no need to backup the database. After getting the console setup with the shared rosters and users I want, I will then turn off the Red Hat pc and rename the Windows 7 ejabberd pc to the same computer name. I've looked through documentation and old Forum posts, but I'm not seeing any documentation to change the computer name/ejabberd hostname on a Windows ejabberd install. Can someone point me in the right direction?
