XWChat is a web based XMPP Client designed to be light weight and used without installing any additional software on your computer other than your favourite web browser. XWChat is built on the JSJaC library from Stefan Strigler.
XWChat support XHTML CSS so that it is very easy to theme the client.
JQuery is the library used too do all of the nice javascript features in the client.
