How is SASL-EXTERNAL or Dialback selected in a S2S configuration?
I found an old link below, however, it does not provide a definitive answer

How do you force either SASL or Dialback rather?
What will the following command do other than encrypt the channel?:
{s2s use starttls, true|false}
Does it call SASL-EXTERNAL or Dialback?
