We are able to integrate between ejabberd and Microsoft Lync. We are able to initiate the chat from ejabberd side and continue with chat.
But we are not able to initiate the chat from Lync side. In a fresh session, when I click the ejabberd contact name from Lync and try to chat, the messages do not get delivered.
The major problem is, after this everything stops working between the two user IDs. After that, even if I am trying to chat from ejabberd side, still the messages does not get delivered to Lync.
I really appreciate if anyone can throw some pointers on this.
