ejabberd SPEC file doesn't work on SUSE Linux 9.3

I build rpms with this SPEC files from http://cvs.rutgers.edu/viewcvs/viewcvs.cgi/SPECS/ejabberd.spec?only_with...

but it didn't work.
At the installation I get some errors:

Have anyone a SPEC which works on SUSE 100% with now errors.
