Cant do anything - 'Protocol: ~p: register error: ~p~n', [inet_tcp, {timeout, {gen_server,call, [erl_epmd, {register,ejabberdctl

Hello,

I've became admin of server with jabber installed (used for intranet communication). Ejabberd works great for users. But when trying to administrate it via ejjbberdctl, I always get this annoying message:

{error_logger,{{2006,5,3},{20,17,11}},'Protocol: ~p: register error: ~p~n',[inet_tcp,{timeout,{gen_server,call,[erl_epmd,{register,ejabberdctl,32792},15000]}}]}

I know i can use http admin menu, but is there any way to fix this error so i can get full functionality of ejabberd?

Could anyone give me a clue to solve this please?

Thanks in advance
