By default, the ejabberd Admin Web interface is enabled. You Should Be Able to connect to the admin interface and log in with the user and the password you defined During the installation.
when I enter the password I think I get it auth error retry login to ejabberd
please help

Did you check in the config
Did you check in the config file what is the actual host configured for ejabberd. Sometimes it is not what you expect.
