i am new to ejabberd and i want to configure the following for Pubsub service:
1. only some users (admin( can create PubSub nodes
2. no automatically creation of pubsub nodes
3. only some users (authors) can publish new item/Messages to pubsub nodes
4. users can subscribe to exisiting nodes for new messages
is it possible to configure this with eJabberd?
Maybe somebody can Show us a way to configure this? Or is this not possible?
We want to publish Messages to Clients in "real time". But we want to control who is Publishing the Messages.
So most of the Clients are "read only" for nodes.

Does it work with pubsub service?
I have about 1000 clients/user which will subscribe and the clients will receive messages.
Only about 10 messages a day.
Would it be better to use MUC or pubsub?
I have to build 10 different rooms or pubsub nodes for different subjects...

It is possible to configure ejabberd like that. Please, refer to ejabberd pubsub documentation and check ACL configuration. Let us know how it goes.
