How to transmit multimedia traffic through a server?

Hi,All!I have ejabberd 16.01 version on debian 8 server.The server can easily send a text message and files behind NAT.I transfer files with mod_proxy65.Now I have created a need for voice calls.I use Jitsi client.The voice calls work correctly in my local network.But behind NAT they didn't work at all,because p2p connection use local IP:( . I set up a STUN / TURN server in accordance with the instructions from this site. The server starts, but in fact STUN / TURN does not work.Also, to enable the TURN support in Jitsi i must enter the login and password from the TURN server. I need enter standart login and password for the user or i need register user in TURN?Can i do not p2p connection with jitsi,but c2s connection?
