I have a fresh install on Ubuntu 16.04, ejabberd ver16.01-2, using the default ejabberd.yml configuration file. When I login to the web interface at https://{ip address}:5280/admin, I see only see a 'Virtual Hosts' link under Administration and a 'Guide: Contents' link. No links for ACLs, Access Rules, nodes, etc. (as in the prior version I had installed on Ubuntu 14.04). Clicking on Virtual Hosts gives me no additional options.
Is this normal and I need to configure additional parameters in the .yml file? I'm logging in as the admin user.

This indicates that the user you provided to login in WebAdmin does not have admin privileges. Simply add the corresponding ACL lines to your ejabberd configuration file, and restart ejabberd.
Something like this:
acl: admin: - user: "peter@example.org"Before adding this, look carefully, maybe your config file already has some default admin, or those lines commented ready for you to enable them.
