All links missing in webadmin except Virtual Hosts

Hi I am using ejabberd version 17.09. I have below users configured as admin

acl:

## The 'admin' ACL grants administrative privileges to XMPP accounts.

- user: "erp@careerlauncher.com"

"webadmin": "careerlauncher.com"

All the users are created and have passwords assigned. Still when I open webadmin with below URL

http://host:5280/admin

and I enter erp@careerlauncher.com with password, I can see only Virtual Hosts. Webadmin was working fine earlier, and after some configuration changes, it has stopped working. I did not maintain any history of config changes, so I am not sure what exactly caused this. All I have is my current ejabberd.yml file. Could somebody please help me see webadmin properly ?
