Is it possible to configure message filtering based on message content?
For example: I would like to drop messages with word "password" without delivery.

With mod_shit (almost)
I once wrote , mostly as a joke, but it actually works, replacing bad words with asterisks. Modifying it to drop such messages wouldn't be hard.
