Websocket support

Hello,

Does ejabberd supports connection over websockets? Or there any plan to support this in the future?

Hi Akshaya,

I have been using node-xmpp-bosh which supports websockets. It works great. If you using strophe.js you will need to make sure it also has websocket support.

I am new to ejabberd. Do we have any instructions of using node-xmpp-bosh(webSockets) with ejabberd. Will the performance of ejabberd get hit when used with node-xmpp-bosh??
