I've just installed ejabberd on my CentOS, all is going great, i've configured db connection for mysql and had no troubles, the one thing, that puzzles me - my web inderface is empty. No options to add/remove user at all, no options for groups either. just a link labeled "VirtualHosts" that leads to a blank page. Any help? What info should i provide?

This happens because the ejabberd account you used to login in WebAdmin does not have admin rights. Check the ejabberd configuration file.
