In the announcement, ejabberd 13.12 is with New OpenSSL ciphers option in c2s, s2s and s2s_out. But should they be configured? I don't find these options in the ejabberd.yml and the installation guide.

New options were added for
New options were added for those listeners: ciphers and s2s_ciphers. They are not mentioned in the example configuration file, but they are documented in the Guide.
