Shared roster group ... what am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to get shared roster group working, with no success.

I've compiled ejabber 0.9 under Suse 9.2, and added the required mod shared roster entry into ejabberd.cfg.

I created two users: user1@linux and user4@linux. I can log in as these users using the Psi client.
When I browse to the "shared roster groups" section I created a shared roster group called "Group1". I then go into Group1 and make the "Name" Group 1, and in the "Members" section I add both user1@linux and user4@linux. I then click Submit button.

Shouldn't those users now appear on each other's lists? Or am I doing something wrong?
