weird buddy list

hi, it's me again,

I can not authenticate via ldap and get the buddy list after login, but I have two question,

1 It takes a lot time to load the buddy list, status bar shows that I am connecting, from the log, I saw a lot of ldap search stuff, I will paste part of the config so that any one can give me a hand.

2 the buddy list organized a little bit weird, the first layer is the uid as group and in that specific group, it shows the user, it's not like all the user showed in one Buddy group.
