I can access my web interface and log on just fine from my local RHEL6 box but when I try to connect from and clients Windows PC's it's like they can't see the server. I have no firewall rules set or any ports being blocked and I have SELinux set to passive and I am running out of ideas so any advice would be great just let me know what info you need. I have a test user that I registered just fine. I tried to re register it just so you can see the command I used to register it
./ejabberdctl register test server01.com password

i run into the same issues...it seems like ur ejabberd server's port 5222 not open ...try open the port then connect it again...u can try telent ur 5222 ,see it is connected?
