Does ejabberd provide XMPP library to implement xmpp server, like JSO (jabber stream object) provides

I have few queries related to XMPP stuff.

currently I am using JSO library in my sample code(POC in java) to support with different XMPP UC systems ( like to do streaming process and exchanging presence and message ), act as routing interface between two actual UC systems.
however not getting the active support from the same and its code repository is also not updated from last 8 years.

so could you help in providing the information that whether ejabber provide such xmpp library.
if yes, then please provide information about below queries.
1) Does your site provides any vulnerability/security alerts support the same ?
2) Does available ejabber library is FIPS compliant ?

Could you please help in providing the detail of any xmpp library that probably could provide XMPP s2s support.
