Windows install won't complete

Having problems getting windows install to complete and if it does, it won't run. It tends to hang on the "executing final installation script" phase. Once when it did complete the system wouldn't run at all and when i noticed the database didn't install i re-ran installer. Now at least I have database files and log files but the install just won't complete. Here's the contents of the sasl.log file. Being brand new to ejabberd this really doesn't make sense to me at all.
