We just set up ejabberd on a Linux Host. Everything is working finde. We use the Server just for company-internal communication between our Locations all over Germany.
We use the Web Interface to enter the Users manually. Registering with the Server is disabled. In the Web Interface i am able to Enter the Username and the Password but i miss a way to enter the vCard Data aswell.
The Reason is simple: Our Admin Staff wants the vCards to be in Company Style. Wo dont want the Users to enter that Stuff on their own. We wish to Pre-Enter the vCard Information for each Employee in the Webinterface.
Is there any way to get that Idea working? Perhaps a Plugin?

You can add data to a user's vcard using and the parameter vcard-set. It may take you a little to know how to enter each data, but once learned you can write a script.
