Want to save conversion

Hi friend

I m running jabberd2 (jabberd-2.0s11) in my server on (FC7). My boss want to track the conversion of employee.

I runn pidgin, Gaim, Exodous,.. in my client machine as jabber client.

I know its not fair to track user conversion. But as Office i think we can track user conversion. Because sometimes they like to gossiping and defer there real work.

I can see the conversion in there own machine But not from the server.

Is there any option in jabberd to save there conversion in server or track the conversion from server like log.

How to do it??????
