Hi,
I have succesfully installed ejabberd under my Ubuntu and set LDAP authentication.
it works and I can connect (using pidgin).
By web interface I see my logged users, but unfortunately I cannot receive messages when i try to send.
I get back error code 404.....No remote server found.
Maybe I have to adjust something in my configuration,.
Could you please help me?

If you defined your Jabber server this way in ejabberd.cfg:
{hosts, ["example.org"]}.Then you can create Jabber accounts for example and . You can login to those accounts, and add the users as contacts, and then send messages between them.
Did you try this?
