Geolocation support
Nothing needs to be implemented in the server
XEP-0112 is obsolete, and superseded by XEP-0080.
XEP-0080 describes how jabber clients can publish their geolocation: the format and an example to publish using PEP.
I think there's nothing specific to XEP-0080 that must be implemented in the Jabber server: it's a topic for Jabber clients. The only possible requirement for the server is to support Pubsub and PEP; and ejabberd 2.0.0 supports both.
