strange port of ejabber

hi,

i've the following problem. I want to confiugre that my ejabber Server is binded to an OpenVPN Server. I already bent the normal ports, but if I type the netstat -tulpen in my command prompt, there's another process, with an very high portnumber, which differs every restart.
For example, at one the port is 38393, can somebody tell me, how to bind this port or how to disable him?

In der configure Script I couldn't find anything helpful.
