need to implement to change a one-to-one room to MUC room. What are the things to do? Maybe similarity and difference between those two will help. Thanks

What do you mean? If you mean a conversion of one-to-one chat to a MUC room, then it is a responsibility of client to do this. AFAIK, Gajim supports such feature.
