download contact list from server

Hello Everybody
I correctly installed ejabberd (windows xp + easyphp (LAMP) + ejabberd)
I can chat with contacts but I want to download automaticaly contacts list from server
For exemple, i'm new on my jabber network, my contact list is empty. I must do "add a contact" to see it.
Normally it must be possible to add contact list from the server ?
I manually create users from http://myadresse:5280/admin/server/myadresse/users/
