I am running ejabberd 0.9.1 on my 2000 server. Where exactly does it store the user accounts and rosters? I'm an old JabberD user and am used to XML files.

Account Storage
They are stored on the embedded Mnesia DB
They are stored on the embedded Mnesia database. The database is dumped to a directory from time to time (the files are called acl.DCD, DCL or similar). You can dump the database at any time using ejabberdctl and even export it to text files.
