(Simple question) How do I broadcast presence from my module?

I need to broadcast a simple presence packet from my module. Simple question, how? Up until now, I've only ever had to direct packets for which I'm just using ejabberd_router:route/3. Now I've hit this simple case and can't figure out how to broadcast :(
