I got question about ejabberd. Does ejabberd support multi-processing? Or...it is better to use one powerfull processor or 2 slower processors eg. -> what is better:
1) One P4 3ghz with/without HT
2) 2xPIII 1.4Ghz processors

Yes and no
See theentry in the Erlang FAQ . You can run two ejabberd nodes on the same computer, and they will use both CPUs (depending on the scheduler of the OS). I have no idea what will turn out to be better.
