Settings in /etc/defaults/ejabberd ignored?

Hello all,

when taking a look into a ejabberd crash dump (see problem I posted here: http://www.ejabberd.im/node/4038 ) I noticed this in the first two lines:

Slogan: Kernel pid terminated (application_controller) ({application_start_failure,kernel,{shutdown,{kernel,start,[normal,[]]}}})
System version: Erlang R13B04 (erts-5.7.5) [source] [64-bit] [smp:8:8] [rq:8] [async-threads:0] [kernel-poll:false]

It's interesting because in /etc/defaults/ejabberd SMP is still turned off and kernel-poll is turned on.

Does ejabberd ignores the settings I made in this file? If yes, not completly, because the node is changed as I set it in this file.

Hm...?

Kindest regards,
Martin

This is a crash dump of your monitoring tool calling erlang shell, but not of ejabberd.

Ok I see, so the stuff which

Ok I see, so the stuff which is presented here are not the settings ejabberd runs? Perfect! :)
