i am getting annoyed with ejabberd now! I have tryd for five days to make and connect my domain name work and connect in conference. Ok i tryed at the begin of installion
Ejabberd server domain : 'localhost'
Then the rest
It connects perfectly but cant join a room.
But how would i get a server domain name like example.org?

It seems you and ejabberd can't be friends; both are fighting all the day... :(
You can try other XMPP/Jabber opensource, easy to configure, and free servers that work well in Windows. For example:
