i hope i'm not that stupid how i feel right now. But HOW can i join the conference.jabber.ru chatroom? i cannot connect to the server :( its freaking me out. really.
if i am connected to our jabber server i can get a list of chatroom on conference.jabber.ru but i didnt find ejabberd channel. what am i doing wrong?
sorry for my silly question. but i get really really disappointed now, because nothing works like it should. :(

Quite simple: the room 'ejabberd' isn't displayed in the list of rooms. The room is available and can be joined by people that know it really exists. But it isn't listed (for people that don't know it exists).
But HOW can i join the conference.jabber.ru chatroom?
Your Jabber client probably provides you some way to indicate explicitly what room you want to join, no need to search for it in a list with 450 rooms.
