error postscript installation

Hi guys, I'm having a problem during installation of ejabberd. Let me tell you before, that I was working just fine with the server on Friday, and today I try to star the Server, but an error occurs. I tried again and nothings happens, so I thought uninstalling and then install again. Now when the installation is almost over, an erroc with the postscript appears.

Then, when I try to start the Server the same error, the one which made me unistall the server, appears. I have Windows Server 2008. I hope you can help me.
