I have ejabberd 2.1.5 on Ububtu. There is external auth. But when I trying to login with jid with spaces auth script return true but server sends failure to client. Any suggestions please.

By definition, a JID cannot contain the characters: @ : ' " < > &
Not any control or blankspace characters
