Block presence receiving on one resource?

Hello,
I want to block presence change receiving when I'm connected to one speceifed resource, on other I want to receivie it.
It is possible to configure IQ:privacy or use else method (maybe source code modification) ?

Clients like Pis, Gajim and Tkabber allow the user to define privacy lists, to block incoming Presences in specific sessions. See http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0016.html
