I have noticed that our private ejabberd server connects and gets connection from 212.43.199.83 (process-one.net). Do you know why this happen and how I can disable this behaviour?

Do you have the old module mod_ip_blacklist enabled? I think that module is useless currently, you should disable it.
Does that connection happen at a fixed time when ejabberd starts?
Or does it happen after some user connects? Always the same exact user, or does it happen for any random user?
Is it possible that one of your users have a contact in process-one.net?
