Ejabberd and iPhone Integrator

Hello All,

I am new to ejabberd and wanted to know the following..
Can you let me know if there is a way to retrieve the timestamp of a message?
Is there a way to store the message and retrieve the last 50 messages?
Any pointers to documentation is fine too.
