I am installing windows ejabber server and every thing is going perfect unless
when a users either their jid from my server or another jabber server ,
they join to more than 10 conferences , they will got a error that say "this conference reach the maximom of entrance people and it if full"
would u please help me ?

You can add the mod_muc
You can add the mod_muc option {max_user_conferences, 10} with a different value in ejabberd.cfg
